Display failed - now an expensive coffee warmer

I bought this approximately 2.5 years ago. The display no longer reflects input from the control pad. Just shows time. I am now left to guess how much time and power I'm cooking with. Disappointing for a supposedly high-end product.

We bought a new house with upgraded appliances. Just really fortunate that the house was equipped with higher end appliances. They look great in our kitchen and with easy navigation/features. Oven cooks amazing quickly,

I got this microwave oven with Spec home. Panel doesn't light up when I open door. Technician will fix hopefully. Manual doesn't cover this problem. Microwave works great. Not sure when the oven part does yet.
