The flat buttons on the black control section are not easily responsive and frequently do not respond to the user

Not a great choice

Had to choose sight unseen due to long ship times, so we went with Bosch to match the rest of the kitchen. Controls feel cheap and plasticky, preheat time is long with no display of current temp, and the temp keypad is frustrating and hard to set. Nice windows, at least, but otherwise we will regret our choice for many years.
