It cook fast and bakes like a dream! However cleaning the top is time consuming.

Badly designed knobs and front door

This is a basic range and it performs as expected. However, after only one year of normal usage the knobs keep falling off, looks like the plastic insert is cracked. One(!) replacement knob is $25, so replacing all knobs is a quarter of the entire purchase price of the range. Also, the space *between* the two glass panels of the front door stains easily, it makes the oven look dirty and it is a pain to clean up. I'm not happy with the quality of this product.

In less than 3 weeks after my appliance was delivered the black burner caps got gray splotches and the light color at the base of the burner turned uneven color the company said this was a cosmetic issue and not covered under the warranty. they did send me replacement caps but told me they would not do this again and to expect it to continue happening. This is an outrage that a company would sell a product knowing it would have a defect cosmetic or not

I bought this 2 months ago and it is beautiful. The high burners are very hot but there are simmering burners as well. The oven heats up evenly and holds a lot.

The aqua lift self cleaning system is horrible. It does not clean the oven! Do not buy this range.
