Not Happy with Drawer

After waiting 2 months for my stove to come in, the oven drawer is hard to pull open and push closed. Also, it does not fit flush with the rest of the oven. I'm really disappointed in this and tried to find out if something was missing on looking through the manual. Manual shows nothing about the drawer. I don't like the looks of an ill fitting drawer. As far as the rest of the stove, it's good.

I never had a convection over before, it is a learning curve but it works great! Love having 3 racks. Glass top is nice.

I purchased the range in August and it has met expectations. I love the easy clean-up!!! This is my first experience with the smooth cooktop. I wipe the top when cool with a hot wet rag , dry & polish with a paper towel, and go. For boilovers & spatters I clean with Weiman Cooktop cleaners as Frigidaire recommends. I used the Weiman cream cleaner BEFORE my first use per the user's guide. Follow user's guides for cleaners & range. The eyes and oven heat quickly. Self cleaning oven works wonders. I love the timing options. User's guide needs to be a little more specific regarding how to use oven settings regarding delayed starts and convect usage. I do recommend this appliance.
