Oven not reliable

I have had this oven for about 3 months now. The 5 burners on top work great. The issue we have is with the oven. It will light initially and get up to temperature, but then when the temperature inside drops, it won’t reignite again. The temperature on the screen shows your set temperature, but not the actual temp inside the oven. We have had a few ruined meals from this not keeping temperature. So we have to babysit our oven now, and keep turning it off and on to have it reignite to hold temp. Very frustrating, and we have a service ticket put in. We will see what happens.

Switching from electric (same Whirlpool model) to natural gas. Have always loved gas vs. electric. Last gas stove we bought new was a Maytag, but some of the paint peeled and they wouldn't warranty it. Ready for YEARS of service from our Whirlpool.
