Salary Range: From $17/hr

Description: This position would be based out of our Denver warehouse and will require traveling by box truck to various job sites in the greater Rocky Mountain Area to complete installations and deliveries.

General Accountabilities:

• Assisting install of household appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.
• Prepares appliances as directed by lead installer.
• Assists lead installer with job paperwork and input of electronic tracking data.
• Responsible for cleaning work space before departure of job site.
• Pulls Orders for the scheduled installs.
• Assists loading truck for daily installs and deliveries.
• Responsible for unloading and cleaning truck at the end of the work day.

Order Coordinator - Data Entry

General Accountabilities:

• Receive, vet and input customer purchase orders into ERP system
• Create vendor purchase orders for materials and services
• Track all vendor orders and update ETAs and tracking into system
• Field inquiries from internal and external customers, including status updates, stock availability and shipment tracking information
• Investigate PO discrepancies
• Ensuring all available inventory is used first as well as keeping up with backordered product to be able to inform customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Description: This position would be based out of our Denver warehouse and will require traveling by box truck to various job sites in the greater Rocky Mountain Area to complete installations and deliveries.

• Greets customer on sales floor and determines make, type, and quality of merchandise customer is seeking.
• Displays merchandise, suggests selections that meet customer's needs, and emphasizes selling points.
• Prepares sales quotes and sales contract to each customer assisted.
• Receives payment or obtains credit authorization.
• Assists with customer pick-ups at showroom and warehouse.
• Assists with inventory of stock annually.
• Notifies store manager of openings on the floor to ensure all displays are being utilized.
• Uses database and vendor contacts to research availability of merchandise prior to sale.
• Uses price lists and tax database to ensure that customers are receiving accurate quote information..
• Provides customers with required Spec information.
• Processes orders and submits return requests for product being returned to Specialty Appliance.
• Represents Specialty Appliance at various events, conferences, and trainings.
• Researches and contacts potential customers on field days and while in the office.
• Submits bids for new projects and sends all contract, company set-up, insurance, and warranty document requests to office manager for review.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
