My whirlpool washer only lasted a few years a lady while I was shopping for new washer said she had an LG with 4 boys and was getting another just like it so I took a change and bought it to and so far it is great and easy to load and use

Our machine stopped working.

Machine stopped working. Spoke with LG and AE Repair service. They came in 5 days but told us the drain pump had to be replaced and they had to order that part. Part was delivered the following week but AE said the soonest they could install it would be more than 2 weeks later. In total it will be almost a month w/o a washer Hopefully not longer. We are not happy with LGs repair arrangement with the LG extended maintenance policy we bought.

We bought our washer directly from LG and are pleased with our purchase. It uses relatively little water but does a good job of washing laundry.
