I bought a complete appliance package from Kitchen Aid for our new home being built and they are outstanding. Love that we could get it without ice/water in door (looks so sleek/clean), love the black stainless & just love the large size. Cabinets designed around this piece.

I bought this last week. I was nervous initially as 3 hours after it was plugged in, the fridge went from 34 to 59 and had an error. The fridge was actually cold, the 59 indicator was incorrect and I was unsure how to fix it. The fridge space is very good but the ice box takes up a ridiculous amount of freezer space. It's a very bad design as another freezer drawer would be so much more beneficial than the wasted ice space.

I love this refrigerator! We have it in the black stainless steel. We get comments on how beautiful it is all the time. Great storage capacity and I can not express how much I love the quantity of ice the freezer holds! It is great for get togethers

Major Trouble After 5 Days!! A lemon!

After 5 days, refrigerator side would not go below 51 degrees and freezer side starting getting frost..... After numerous resets for 2 days. Repairman got it to go to 30 degrees, but still an issue. I must have gotten a lemon. Receiving a new fridge in many weeks, as they are back ordered. Not a nice experience. PC Richards has been very helpful and professional during the process. I hope my next one works perfectly. the repairman said it should only last 10 years at most. Why can't they make them to last longer? This is a $9K fridge.Ice maker is very loud, much louder than previous refrigerators I have had.
