Poor quality control and poor field service repair

Took multiple months to get to problem resolution and multiple field service firms Doors do not fold easily closed

Fresh Food and Gorgeous Interior!

We love this refrigerator! Food and drinks stay so fresh in this unit that it has cut our food waste down significantly. My husband and I call it the "miracle refrigerator" because food never seems to go bad in it. We even joke that we are going to move into it so we will stay young forever. The interior is roomy and well laid out, and the black interior is chic! In addition, it is quite- we never hear any noise from it when the door is closed. We are very happy with this product!

We just had our custom home built, and the Jenn Air appliances make the kitchen look great! We had an issue with the fans in our double convection oven, which was dealt with promptly and now it works and looks great.

Open a door-feel well built, listen and not hear motors running, look at beauty-we bought EVER appliance in our new kitchen from Jenn-Air and have been extremely pleased! Feel proud with compliments from friends also as the oh and ah. Made in America-proudly!
