Fridge was delivered today. Ran 8 hours so far still hot inside. Called customer service and we knew more about the fridge than the person we talked with. Was told it could take over a week to have it looked at. Did not want to buy foreign made fridge but maybe we should have!

Bought it 4 years ago. No issues but change the water filter. Good quality, very satisfy. Use water and ice dispenser every day, no problems.

I purchased this Refrigerator 2 1/2 years ago it is so poorly designed that the bottom drawer cover would not stay on because the pegs or too short, so it fall off every time you open it!!! The peg on the left finally broke because of its malfunction. Now the plastic bar between the crisper drawer broke off! Every appliance in my house is a Maytag! I called and asked them to fix the drawer cover and got the run around! I went and looked At a new Maytag Refrigerators, they fix the problem but they don’t seem to want to fix mine. I LOVE my Maytag and have for the last 40 years! But they really let me Down on this one! They fixed the problem on the new model but won’t fix mine!

Sorry I purchased this French door fridge. It has problems with the gasket seals becoming brittle & hard. Opened the door and parts of seal were stuck to fridge and tore so now have to replace all the seals around doors. mold is growing on seals due to the damage. Cheap parts. What happen to quality?
