Purchased mine over 4 years ago & have never had to do anything to it, just replace water filter. So far, so good.

It does it’s job. The buttons on the freezer for ice or water are like cheap push buttons. Had to get used to a side by side so this was a good introduction. Keeps veggies fresh in the drawers and the freezer works great.

Hard to place items in because of how narrow it is and even harder to find anything. One of the drawers is already impossible to place. I tried to add one more door shelf but it cost over 76 dollars, more than small fridge. Really regret buying it. The ice machine is still not connected, which I believe was part of the deal. I do hate it every time I open the door.
