Many issues

First, doesn’t cool evenly. I can only use one side in the refrigerator because freezes even if I lower the temperature. Called customer services since the beginning and didn’t help. The shelves at the door are poor quality and broke after a couple of months. It makes a lot of noise on the freezer side. Try to get another brand, I don’t recommend Frigidaire.

I have had this fridge for a few years and it has failed expectations in almost every way. Like others said, the icemaker is awful. We used to get what I called slot machine Ice because it just kept coming out. Then one day it just stopped dispensing. Also, all three of the drawers have broken and cracked, as have a few of the shelves on the door. Overall I have never seen an appliance with such shoddy parts. I will definitely look at other brands for my next fridge purchase based on the horrible experience we had with this model.

Our builder included this fridge when we bought our home. The shelves are cracking. The doors do not always close all the way. Like others have said, the ice maker is a hit or miss. My tray will either be overflowing or no ice is made.

This fridge is 4 years old. We have had multiple problems with it. The ice maker is hit or miss at best. It either won’t dispense or it will over fill your glass. The shelves are cracked and I have had to replace 2 of them. The temp is all over the place. One day the milk is cool the next it is frozen. No consistency at all other then the poor operation of the unit.

This refrigerator just turned 5. The freezer just stopped cooling and is consistently beeping. I would definitely consider another brand if this fridge needs to be replaced.
