I have had this product serviced 3 times since 2018. I am currently waiting for service for the 4th time since July 2019. The refrigerator stops cooling! The freezer is cold, the refrigerator is warm.

We got this fridge from a company that helps with ur electric bill. They said my fridge was pulling too much watts an they wanted to give .e a more efficient fridge well everything HAS BROKE. The crispers all the side handles and i have to keep it set on COLDEST or my freezer dont freeze. This was the worst thing i ever did was let them take my fridge for their JUNK and I cant get anyone to help me.

We bought this refrigerator a year ago and the only thing I am not happy with is that it doesn’t come with a cover for the light bulb in the refrigerator. I don’t like that we can easily hit the bulb, I’m trying to find where I can locate and order that part ..

Just purchased this model last week. I never experienced a noisy refrigerator in 56 years. The freezer makes a loud humming noise with random rattling. My bedroom shares the same wall and it wakes me up at night. I just learned a friend purchased the same model 4 months ago and has the same issue. Please look elsewhere!

This new fridge came with the new house and it broke after only five months. It was brand new when we took stickers off and plugged it in.
