WE bought this with little research since our old one died. We are very happy with this new one, especially since it does the job for us and is quieter than our previous model

Bought this in January and after more than a month of waiting finally got it delivered and installed. It looks good and works wonderfully. Lots of nice features.

I like this M/W very much but the interior lighting is far dimmer than I would prefer.

Good microwave but clock needs to be constantly reset. Called Whirlpool and they state that no documentation exists on this issue even though there are similar complaints about the clock on Lowe's website that have been responded to by a rep from Whirlpool. Whirlpool rep I spoke with said that I have to just keep resetting the clock since they don't have any documented complaints...totally unacceptable answer!

Disappointed . . .

Never did I think I had to check the options for my new Microwave to see if I could eliminate the jangling reminders that the 60 second warmup was complete. If I do not respond, it is like a spoiled child that screams out, "Come feed me now!" Every procedure includes a frustrating sound. We removed it from the kitchen and put it in the bar to make popcorn and bought another that doesn't make such noise.
