Manufacturer’s Warranty For warranty-related concerns, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Unused Merchandise Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is not a special order item.

Custom Appliance Panels We are not responsible for panels that do not meet manufacturer specifications. We recommend ordering custom panels only after appliance delivery to ensure accuracy.

Appliance Finishes Due to manufacturing differences and lighting, variations in color, sheen, and texture may occur. "Color" exchanges are not permitted for uncrated or delivered merchandise.

Special Orders Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once processed. Full payment is required before processing a special order.

Concealed Damage Any cosmetic defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and noted on the shipping order.

Operating Noise Returns or exchanges based on noise levels will not be accepted unless deemed defective by the manufacturer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders must be paid in full before scheduling delivery. Lead times may take at least two weeks.
  • Delivery requires clear and safe access, including walkways of at least 3 feet wide, free of debris, and with adequate lighting. Stairs must be stable and able to support both the product and crew.
  • Standard delivery includes up to 10 stairs; additional stairs may incur extra labor costs.
  • Shipping/delivery and installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Installation Policy

Specification Ready: The installation space must meet the manufacturer's specifications. If the space is not ready, installation will not proceed, and no refunds will be issued.

Site Ready: Property must have clear access and all necessary trade work completed (electrical, plumbing, HVAC). Any additional trade services required will be the buyer's responsibility.

Ventilation: The buyer must ensure compliance with local building codes. Interior duct connections will be completed only if the ductwork is specification-ready. HVAC and electrical services may be required.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping and handling costs are determined at the time of purchase or shipment.

Sales Tax Sales tax is applied based on the delivery location.
